You and I both know the only reason you won the court judgement was due to Evans non attendance in the first place.  You know the amount you claimed was nowhere near what you were owed.  I have lodged an application with the court to have this judgement set aside in order to have the case reheard.  Once the papers return I will have the notice to defend served on you.  The reason I have got the ability to have this case reheard is that I bring fresh evidence to the courts attention (this will be in the notice of defence).
 
1.  I have bank receipts indicating payments you denied were made to you (I have also made the Judge aware you were paid cash in hand on many occasions and the courts have the authority to have you audited)
2.  I have an email from you to Evan Price after the Court Judgement stating "you only paid me when I turned the website off" (you stated in your claim that you received no payments)
3.  I have a copy of a sworn affidavit from you stating you offered conduct money to Evan Price.  As this is an offence against the Oaths Act the police have been informed and await my report in order charges can be laid against you.  In addition the court also have a copy of this and this has been added to the Notice to defend which the court look on as character information on the plaintiffs part.
4.  The police also await my report on a stolen driver licence that is currently displayed on a website, leaving Evan Price wide open for potential identity theft, the Computer Crime Squad in Brisbane have already started an investigation into the website being hosted overseas. Due to the fact it is a long process, all they can do is charge you with computer hacking as I also have proof you hacked in to our server and replied to several of our suppliers.  Defamation of character is a civil matter and so I currently have a solicitor in Brisbane ready to go (they are quite keen as this is a No Win No Pay situation they are willing to go to the full extent of the law to recoup their costs).
 
I have other additional information that will be part of the Defence however above is the criminal side of what you have done.
 
You were owed $500.00 for the last website High Tide Mark;
 
This is my offer take it or leave it Josh
 
1.  You acknowledge this email stating that you Joshua Beagley will remove the website www.secmaritsolutions.com, that you will lodge a Form 27 Notice of Discontinuance with the Brisbane Magistrates Court to cease the Court Judgement.  Upon receipt of this email and seeing the website down I will EFT $250.00 into your account. 
2.  Upon receipt of the Court document Form 27 for which Evan Price has to sign, you will remove any trace of Secmarit Solutions website from search engines etc and will email a letter stating that as you have been paid there will be no repercussion further down the track.  I will EFT the final amount of $250.00.  Evan will sign the Form and return it to the court.
3.  This mess is over.
 
There have been faults on both sides Josh, you were not paid for $500 worth of work, you stated to the court you had never been paid for work for a period of 15 months, however you took it a step further where you saw an opportunity to cash in on our situation at the time.  What you have done is as bad as what we did by not paying you in the first place. 
 
In summary I have said this is my one and only offer for you to recoup the money you are truly owed, otherwise Evan or I will see you in Court.  We are both tired of this, its time consuming and I acknowledge we owed you $500.00 and rightfully you can be paid it, there will be no interest etc as, this has already cost us a fortune.
