Josh,

WITHOUT PREJUDICE
AS EVAN PRICE IS NO LONGER A DIRECTOR OF SECMARIT SOLUTIONS & THE SAID
COMPANY IS DERIGISTERED, I AM THE INTERNAL ADMINISTRATOR EXECUTING ANY
PAYMENTS TO BE MADE AS SUCH ALL COMMUNICATION IS TO MADE TO ME.  SANDRA
PRICE 0409774394

You may think you have the upper hand and possibly you may very well have,
but threatening to have a home auction is very cute.  Before you actually
make such lovely promises check your facts, check the value of what contents
are worth and then come back to me on that.  That lovely big TV you talk of
was bought for $400 3 years ago so if you could get $20 for it at least it's
a start, same with all else, but like I say Josh, no begging will come from
me, yes you did a small amount of work you were not paid for but you and I
both know the value of what was done, below is my proposal;

1.         I want emailed copies of the invoices detailing what work you did,
the ones you so carefully produced for the courts, as you are fully aware I
was never issued with any invoices nor receipts as you always said you could
not give a receipt as your benefit would be affected.

2.        Evan Price is no longer a part of Secmarit Solutions and as such all
contact for this money should be made directly to me Sandra Price as I am
sole director of the deregistered company now.

3.        Consider the options we all have;
a. I suggest we start again where by you give itemised true invoices,
stating what work you did perform, any correspondence that you sent or
received, addressed to Secmarit Solutions not Evan Price.
b. Consider the fact that yes you were owed money like we were owed money
and in order to repay you we need to earn money and having filth on the
website is proving detrimental to business,
c. Fact is only way you will get your money is by us being able to earn
money through the business which we cant do when people see your input.
d. Other option is we close the company's down get regular jobs and never be
able to pay you.  So lets work together phone me 0409774394 to discuss this
or email.  You do your part I will acknowledge the debt and make a payment
arrangement that we can agree on.

I am not begging or pleading with you to take the details off the website
nor am I offering any sort of explanation or payment plans, the fact is
there is no money, yes there is a lot of potential in the business but still
no money.  I am starting a job tomorrow which will take care of our personal
debt and cost of living, not business  Also before you take your latest gem
to court, what work did you do for Evan personally??? Lets see who is being
suckered now.  Be interesting to see!!

Of course, I am willing to take the web page down, I am not trying to
blackmail you, but I need some sort of leverage when dealing with you,
or nothing would ever happen.

The fact that you are working flat out to repay debts is your own
fault, you acquire them and them and then run away, the decent thing
to do would at least be to stay in contact with people or work
something out. I have no sympathy or compassion for you in this
context, and I suggest you get some sort of loan or credit to make up
for repudiating your debts.

Not always 1500 is fine, but choose a figure, and a schedule of
repaying, and ensure that you stick to it, email me back your
suggestions, but I expect something after your next pay, no later then
the 5th of September.

Regards,
Josh Beagley
