Update October 09: Evan was last seen working for the company Findit Industrial Hardware, which he lasted less than one week, after being fired for stealing and lying. I have been advised Evan has now moved back to New Zealand. Evan father, Greg Price, runs a business there called VidGuard. Evan's father is as much a liar and fraudster as his son, so be wary of doing any buisness with him or his company. The best way to find Evan, would be to contact his father, or wait for Evan to contact him in some way. It is more than likely Evan will be staying at his Fathers place. Update July 09: I am still trying to pursue my claim when I have time. in the meanwhile, this page is acting as a sufficient warning, which is proof enough. I have recently been informed by someone who decided not to work with Evan(thankfully), that he is now living in Brisbane. So, anyone still looking for an address to serve a courtorder to, be on the lookout in Brisbane.

Update April 09: Evan is starting a new business called Wifi Telco. Stay away from this by all means.Hopefully if you are searching a bit on evan price or wifi telco you will have found this page. The guy has never had a successful client or actual business, and those he has conned he has ripped of. He more than likely works from home. His contact info is 07 49112600 and 0458242560. In the meanwhile, I have sought legal advice to charge both Evan and Sandra Price with fraud, based on their falsified evidence concerning my court case.

Update February 09: I have found proof of the computer Evan has been using since 2007, purchased from Mater hospital group and not paid for, as can be seen HERE. I have several new leads on Evan, and will be recommecning legal action shortly, taking into account his lies to the court from last time, which will hopefully result in a harsher sentence. If not, I will move to rockhampton for a while.

Update January 09: Evan has completely shutdown all of his businesses, and has once again ripped of many people in the city of Rockhampton where he still resides for the moment. I have taken control of the www.padwifi.com domain to hopefully let further people realize what has happened. I will be reinitiating court process to reclaim my judgment, and subsequently most of evans possessions. I will posts new information as I receive it, and please don't hesitate to post any information or ask any questions.

Update November 08: I was unable to attend the court hearing just as Sandra and Evan Price hoped, obvious lies about wanting a fair trial aside. I have not heard back from the court as they have been quite unhelpful and ineffective throughout the whole affair, from giving conflicting advice to not including my documents on file. It has been confirmed that as I was unable to attend, my signed affidavits were not considered, and that the court ruled in Evan Price's favor. I will pursue defending against the judgement being set aside, as it should not have been in the first place, or continuing the case in the district court, making sure Evan Price's lies to the court are made known. Update October 08: Well, Sandra and Evan Price have been telling lies about me. Saying I left the country to escape the court case(even though I initiated the action and they waited until I left to have it set aside by dubious means) and that a private investigator was hired to track me down. Anyone who knows Evan and Sandra Price knows they could never afford a private investigator. I will have these statements as a sworn court doucment, and there lies will be apparant. I have learned of two more websites Evan Price tried to have:  www.virtualnetworkcentre.com.au and www.globalwifi.com.au although they are down as Evan Price has no money. Do you want to do business with someone who lies and can not afford to even run a website? Or even a lawyer to have this site taken down if it were defamation? The latest email can be read HERE where more lies, and an amazing lack of comprehension of basic facts is demonstrated. If anyone wants the full email conversations, just ask.

The court hearing is set to be in brisbane on the 27th October, so at least Evan Price or Sandra Price will be at the brisbane magistrates court on that day. I will not be able to attend, as they well know, and so they will probably succeed in lying and having the judgement dismissed. However, when I return to brisbane with the proof of their perjery and witness statements, I will take it to the district court, as the magistrates court has been a joke for anything more than a parking fine.

Update August 08: Sandra Price through lies and deceit actually managed to get my judgment set aside by waiting until I was out of the country so I could not defend myself, and being lucky enough to get some helpless magistrate to accept unrelated and fraudulant evidence. I was not served, and am not aware of what lies they have told and have been unable to defend myself. I intend to however, as I have the full support of the former victims of the scum that is the price family. High Tide Mark in particular was a victim of Evan Price, and will be a key witness.

Update June 08: Evan Price, inept as he is has now turned to his wife to represent him completely. The way Sandra Price is going about this, is to attempt to intimidate, blackmail and lie. You can read the latest email which is HERE. Everything within that email is incorrect. I have not done anything illegal, they have no new evidence, and they have not been in contact with the judge. I plan to go to the police with these threats and have them charged with blackmail and assault, as well as serve them with an enforcement hearing in the next week. Update Sep 07: Evan Price now has a company called Phoenix Automated Developments the website of which is HERE,and ran away to was based in yepoon, there was an office at 10/22 James Street Yepoon, which is apparantly no longer there. Evan Price has a new website/business name, which is here: Phoenix Integrations.  The Office of this so called company was at 42 Main Street, Park Avenue.

About: Evan Price price has continued to avoid the payment owed to me and about 20 others, some such as mine ordered by the court, as well as an additional $2000 which I have not yet taken to court. He has a history of not paying people, of which a generous list is available. He continues to operate his "business" today with little regard for people or ethics. I strongly advise against doing any business with secmarit solutions or Phoenix Automated Developments, perhaps when the business has an office things may have changed.
